+ Name: Kazegami Shiou (Alias, a name he fasioned when he transferred to make it easier to communicate)

+ Nationality: Singaporean

+ Birthday: November 5th

+ Weapon: Dual Pistols modified to shoot extremely compressed air that pierces flesh(human or shadow) almost as well as actual bullets, so he does not have to risk reloading in the middle of battle. Since the awakening of Fujin, he is able to shoot miniature Garus with the aid of his persona.

+ Arcana: Fortune

+ Personality:
Like wind, he can either be a gentle breeze or a hurricane. He is generally shy, reclusive to strangers but is extremely outgoing to the people he has opened up to. He has a short attention span towards most things, resulting in his frequent trips to dreamland during class. However the opposite is true in the case of events and phenomenon that he is interested in: mainly the supernatural, especially the case of Apathy syndrome, Personae, shadows and of course, the reverse Tartarus: Acheron. In those cases, his talents of logic, analysis and manipulation surfaces.

His biggest trait however, is his believe of karma, not in terms of superstitions, but in the way that he would treat a person exactly how they treat him(e.g. he would be be kind to a person if they are kind to him, vice versa), sometimes taking it to the extremes. Sometimes, he goes out of his way to personally ensure the retribution of someone he sees abusing others, in a way, becoming karma himself.

+ Bio:
Born into a Buddhist family, he often accompanied his parents events and festivals where certain priests and monks perform acts of stabbing themselves with needles and bludgeoning themselves with poles, only to remain unscathed. They claimed the Gods protected them. He did not know whether if they were telling the truth or merely putting on an act. But one thing he was sure of, though he wasn't sure why, was that FEAR was needed to summon Gods, the profound fear of Death.

One day, on a school trip to China, the plane he and the rest of his class were on met with a large storm and 2 engines were damaged, sending it crashing at the ocean at an alarming rate. Fear gripped him, he was going to die. His mind went blank and for a moment, time seemed to stop.
"Do you wish to save them?" a voice called out from within him.
"Yes," he replied, "will you?"
"I art thou, thou art I," the voice said, "I shall do as you wish, for we are one and the same."
A deep sense of understanding seemed to sweep through him. "I am you, and you am I." In a trance-like tone the boy called, "FUJIN!"

Time continued to flow, and a viridian wind, stronger and larger than those of the storm's ferried the plane to land. The incident came to be known as the case of the "Miracle Breeze".

Filled with curiosity, yearning to learn more about these supernatural phenomenon, to protect and save more with his newfound power, he used his talents to secure him a spot in Kaminariryu High School, and headed off to the land of the rising Sun, where he heard of tales of the walking dead and the mysterious 25th hour.

+ Other:
His favourite colour is, obviously, green. Almost all of his accessories, including his dual pistols are specially modified to fit the colour scheme of green and white. Even the appearance of his persona was affected. His evoker is an exception though, as he wasn't willing to risk confusing his evoker and pistols!
His favourite beverage is Green Tea( to seemingly addictive levels ).
When forced to labour, he'll probably end up complaining about how much he doesn't want to do it while working up a sweat.
