I've been going through so many little doodling-nothing-important bursts in between actually important things, for the sole purpose of de-stressing. :IIn conjunction to that I've been finding Boards of Canada to be extremely calming but apparently housemate disagrees. Strongly.

I go nuts when I hear the "different" turret say "Her name is Caroline." Those words have so much meaning.
I'm still trying to grasp the whole Caroline-is-GLaDOS thing. BUT THIS IS A GORGEOUS PICTURE. No wonder your email inbox got flooded! In fact, the way you put GLaDOS and Caroline together actually helps me see the resemblance. They have nearly the same facial expression and face shape.

I tend to not think GLaDOS IS Caroline per se. I just think maybe she has part of her or her personality in her memory. That's just my opinion though.

Yeah in my opinion I think GLaDOS ignored Caroline for all of Portal 1 and the first half of 2 until she was turned into POTaTOS. Then when Cave's pre-recorded messages ("I pay the bills here; I can talk about the control group ALL D**N DAY

Yeah me too. I think GLaDOS learned to behave on her own though. Finding out about Caroline's existence helped her find her own conscience in my opinion.

Isn't it though? Most of my friends are like "GAH WILL YOU SHUT UP." Cuz I quote it as often as I used to quote SpongeBob when I was little.
