Rock Lee from Naruto.Hes not one of my favorite characters.
A friend of mine likes him a lot, i was talking with her last week (it was her birthday <3 ) and i remember she used to make layouts of him and other stuff. So i decided to draw him.
Added my name+deviantart because of someone uploading it at her own *thief was already reported!*
Ugh.. lately my animation program is showing up those little white squares during the pixel animation.. im still trying to figure out whats causing it.

Try adding back that black squared framed. The white pixel thing didnt happen with it.
Or leave the background white.
