I exposed separately for the sky. the castle and the water. Fused or sandwiched did not bring out the tones, so I opted to HDR. The colours are true to the way it was, so hopefully I've not over processed.

Excellent Shot! - I have never tried HDR - I see some experiments coming on.

thanks. HDR is good when it works well. But it can look cartoon like with too much mid tone. Look up HDR shots and you will see some lovely work but equally you will see eye watering shots where the wrong image was used or all the sliders have been abused! It is fun trying though
