I'll never love white sandy beaches, palm trees, cocktails served at the edge of a cristal blue swimming pool. Because they're like plastic surgery, like artificial tanning, like botox. They feel like plastic, they feel fake. They're the kind of things that corrode with time, get ruined, and eventually disappear. Sometimes I'm scared by how useless a life that is too easy could be. You live, then when you're about to die, you look back. And what do you see? Adventures? Risks? Amazing feelings and experiences? Satisfaction? How can you be satisfied if you have something that is perfect by definition and not by your own experience? I don't think you can, really. And I don't want to be, anyway. That's what I personally think. Then if there are those who see beauty and perfection in such things so much the better for them. I want to get to know the world on my skin. With the cold, and the wind, and the clouds, and the sea, the real one. I want to risk, I want to live. I want a true, real life. A life I can make with my own hands, however I want it to be.
Nobody will ever have me,
just as they want me.

A picture I took last summer with my old Canon PowerShot A430, an amazingly good compact camera, actually. I'm bringing back old memories, awww. I'm guessing that's a lighthouse, I really can't remember where I was exactly, somewhere on the Welsh coast. Oh, and there was an Italian seafood restaurant near there. So there!
