Johnny is the character stuck in the organ which you can find in Chapter 2 and 4. When you try to play on it it makes a sound an organ is supposed to make but that is followed by a moan which sounds like a "Noooo"
After playing the organ for 5 times you get a steam achievement called "Johnny's Broken Heart"
