Edit: I moved the text so that it will overlap your windows icons less
Edit 2: I made the pixelated elements crisper (thanks to ) and fixed some errors I made with some resolutions in the zip

If it isn't too much trouble can you make a version with the SEPULCHRITUDE text a little lower? I have my task bar at the top of my screen and it conflics with it... and can you make it in 1152X864? The best move would be if the top of the > was moved down to where the half way mark on it was. Please and thank you.

I think that if you move the text, you should move it to the bottom-center-ish area to go with the MSPA style.

That's where I originally placed it, but then it blended in with the ink blot in the background. I couldn't figure out a compositional way around that problem so I went with the lazy solution and moved it to the top. :-/

Great picture, except you've fallen into the trap that a shockingly huge number of people fall into.
Pixel fonts are exactly as the name implies: pixelated.
Your use of a pixel font at the top, while appropriately placed, ruins the effect somewhat.
If you turned off font smoothing so that the font displayed its pixel glory it would be a vast improvement.

The smooth edges aren't because of font smoothing, but because it's a bitmap image scaled (arbitrarily) by 656.847%. You will notice that all of the pixelated elements of the picture exhibit the same smoothing as they're all smoothly resized bitmaps. As far as I know, there is no way to disable antialiasing of resized bitmaps in Inkscape.
I could properly resize the pixelated parts in Paint.NET and recompose the image, but that would be non-trivial and would probably require me to rethink the composition in several places.

I didn't realise you were just upscaling a bitmap so I'll let you off for the font smoothing, though it does bother me when people intentionally blur pixel fonts.
To disable the anti aliasing in Inkscape you can go to "File > Inkscape Preferences > Misc" and turn oversampling off
