For the past month plus I've been working on these babies after my regular day job. It's my first time drawing for official sketchcards and it's really quite an experience! I get to abuse my markers even more, and draw some favourite characters, botch up others (my Beast looks like a cuddly cat T__T), revisit some classic designs - at the end of it I was kinda sorry I took only 60 cards (but then again, I draw pretty slow to begin so it was just the right amount

I just opened a pack of cards MM3 and I pulled your kitty pryde sketch. It is awesome, can I assume due to its order on the above list that this was your first sketch card ever? How cool...

Hie! I'm so happy you got one of my card! The order above aren't chronological to the order I did my cards, but I do remember Kitty Pryde was one of the first few I did, and it's one of my fave (cuz i was able to add a bit more details to it compared to other cards ^^)

How does one get involved in producing sketchcards for these series??? Ive seen a lot of artists on here displaying them and i would love to get in on the action. I love the Mystique card.She's always been a fave of mine, from Brotherhood to X-Factor...you have amazing skills.

I saw a call for artists in Deviantart by the art director of Upperdeck (Mark Irwin, username gedlee) and in Scoundrels forum (this is a forum for sketchcard sellers, buyers and artists and really the best place to be if you want first hand news about sketchcards). Try to register and join Scoundrels forum and mingle! It's a good place to start.
