Great picture, my advice for the mask give it some depth it currently looks like its painted on his face, I'd also suggest that you make the edges of the mask jagged like its still forming, also the teeth need to be a little bit bigger and vary in size.
Overall the picture is very nice, I'm not trying to sound mean or anything. I just know about the mask very well since I made one out of clay.

I made his hollow mask out of claw twice, the first one got broke, so I made it again I need to remake it since it sucks lol.

The color is nice and smooth. The expressions look really good! You got dark Rukia's empty eyes really well.
I think the only thing you might be able to improve on is Ichigo's mask. It looks maybe too close to his face or something?

Very awesome. I love rukia's expression. the shading is really well done too, nice and subtle the way it should be, especially in the hair.
I think I understand what everybody means about the mask. The way you have it drawn it looks like a part of his face rather than resting on top of it.
A little more modelling would fix it right up.
