Description trying to study photo-tracing/painting. Damn, it's hard! but when it's done, it makes me happy >w<
the real location are Minami-Senju station - West Exit, Arakawa, Tokyo, Japan

Done in 3-4 days in total
w/ CSP & Photoshop for color balance
