Its been a while since iv drawn stalk walkers but i think im gonna bring them back, iv been drawing them a LOT in my sketchbook lately and have become really inspires by the possibilities for designs that come with them.Also, art nouveau is a very fun style to play with.

I will admit that when i first made these i had watched princess mononoke recently, and i do acknoledge that they have similarities, but the movie is not from where i gained my inspiration, nor did i want or mean for there to be similarities, i was inspired by the nature around my house and a recent hike i had gone on, i wanted to create a creature that would move through and blend in with the plants, and also have plants growing on it. Stalk walkers are named because of their legs looking much like the stalks of plants and saplings that they tend to move through and take refuge in. They do not have spiritual powers, magic or otherwise, they are just an animal. So, to answer your question, no, they are not like the night walker.

this one did reminde me of the night walker which isnt a bad thing you did a really good job. your stalk walker is more beautiful and less scary then the night walker i think. i really like your other ones to iv never seen anythng like them before.
