I went over to the Hobby Lobby and picked up a sweet-looking sketchbook. Here's my first complete pic in it. XD

I found out about a martial-arts movie called the Five Deadly Venoms, which is about five warriors who mimic five poisonous animals. One of the was the centipede and, for weeks afterwards, I wanted to make a character based off the concept of a centipede. So, voila.

The girl is known by the code-name 'Centipede' due to the hundred or so poisonous darts (or legs as she calls them) that she has wrapped around her thighs and calves. Immune to the poison herself, she can take down elephants with a mere flick of a wrist. She is also an outdoorsman, having spent most of her life in the forest. She can climb the highest of trees and swim the deepest of rivers. She's also painfully shy and often stays hidden from visitors.

I don't know whether I'll make this a regular character. But I loved coming up with the concept and the costume was especially fun to make.
