He recently made a comeback during Annihilation Conquest but to me the issue of the Avenger were they found out that he was actually a part of the cosmic cube and he calls on Qubix and copies his powers and turn into a super-power version that can duplicate himself was way too amazing to ever be forgotten

I agree, a classic Avengers foe and loved how they tied the Cosmic Cube into his origin. Didn't really care for his appearance in Annihilation cause it just didn't seem to fit and was out of character for him. Like it when he's a more Earth-based threat to the Avengers or X-Men better.

I didn't mind his Annihilation appearance I just didn't think he be that far into space and it made me wonder how come he hadn't evolve from all those years of copies several powers

Your thinking of Amazo, and I'm not really sure, both are similar as Super-Adaptoid duplicated the Avenger's powerset as Amazo did the Justice League. Your guess is as good as mine!
