Guess... come on, guess...give up? Fine then I'll tell that this was done for a drawthread.For those not in the know, the girl on the right is Mezmerella, a villain from the Incredibles comics, and the guy on the right is the Music Meister from Batman Brave and the Bold.
The idea is that the characters have so much in common, they would be related.

I'm guessing that they are connected through hypnotic voices that bend all to their will... and the fact they are both red-heads. Β I don't know if you're excited about the Incredibles 2 getting pushed forward a whole year so that we get it in 2018, rather than the projected 2019 release. Β This Music Meister fan is though, and I too want this Black Canary wannabe to take back her insult; Neil Patrick Harris may not be the only Broadway/television star with a memorable voice out there, but he is one of the most prolific and fun.

A lot of siblings are like this. Mezmerella is probably just trying to annoy him. Or, alternativly, his singing dosn't affect members of his family, and, as a result, his 'hypno-singing' pitch just sounds annoying.

I know Neil from his Broadway work, particularly Hedwig and the Angry Inch and Sweeney Todd, and a little bit of Doctor Horrible. Β That's how I was able to recognize that voice before I looked at the video description.
