Yeah I've tried it on several different brushes, but no matter how high I set the stabilization there is no change. I wonder if it might be because of the tablet I'm using..

That's really weird…I had that problem with SAI, but I'm on a mac so...What kind of tablet are you using?

I have the wacom intuos touch, (very similar) I never had a problem with Manga clip being on a mac, since you didn't need windows or anything to support it unlike SAI. Maybe check your tablet settings just in case anything changed on accident, maybe the pressure response is down so it isn't picking up on your strokes quite right...

The pressure response seems to be working okay (I even reset it), but when I draw the stabilization looks/feels off. I set it to the max in Clip Studio itself, but still no change..
