Description
This is the final sketch for my latest project. I can't wait to transfer it onto canvas, this will be so much fun to paint, with all the little creatures in the picture.It's great to go to bed after a productive weekend, where things were accomplished. I can now start the otherwise annoying Monday morning with a new painting. I'm looking forward to that.
*Work in progress, will probably be moved to scraps later*

I'm working on it right now! I just wish I was quicker at painting, this will still take a few weeks until it's finished. I will upload it here as soon as it's done.

Of course I don't mind: I will have to draw it all again, with the sketch as reference. It will probably look slightly different then, but it is good enough for me to have a rough guideline.
Alternative, you could use transparency paper and trace it through, but that's a lot more effort. Or, a friend of mine does that: he uses a projector to project the image at the wall, where he attaches his canvas. That makes sense if you work on a very large scale. You need a big room for that though.

No, I'm afraid there is no easy way for that. In fact, transferring the sketch to canvas is the most annoying, tedious part of the whole process! (As you can tell, I really don't like doing this, ha ha.)
But unfortunately, sketching directly on canvas is not really possible, because erasing isn't working on it - it only smears the pencil.

See, as soon as I have a nice new painting to look forward to, other (boring, but paid) jobs get in the way!! The canvas is still untouched *sigh*... hopefully I can start on that next week, when those other "distractions" are off the table.
