guess who get addiceted to Welcome to Night Vale?okay, they are my versions of Cecil and Carlos, Cecil was the hard one to desing, because i dont see that blonde Cecil with glases and a literal third eye... i lke the idea of the third eyes, but line some kind of simbol, and i dont know why i cant see him being blonde, i dunno why, but i can see him having his hair dried to white~
