Y'mean a site you can buy Hetalia books? Well, I know Amazon has it listed, as does the official Tokyopop shop . And of course, if you have any other favorite book/manga webshops, they'll likely carry it as well.
And don't forget your local library! Check your neighborhood branch for a copy. If they don't have it, ask a librarian if they can buy a copy, or ask to borrow it from another branch through an inter-library loan. :]
