My new drawing again,but too bad,
the BG is still not finish yet, I do my best but I dont know what should I do to BG
thats why I upload this for asking u guys "HELP"!!
give me the advice pleasee T.T

could use a little lining on the background,just to stand out the structure,and shadowing on the building,just to show its form....great art!

Sorry for my delay, but right now it's time for me to give you another critique, yes you know what I'm talking about. ;D
I'll start off by saying how you have further improved over your other one, now that's the kind of artist I love to see, mainly your character. So let's start.
I may as well start with the graphics, your character is very nice when it comes to color, also may I add that you handled with the shadings too. The shadings is nice and smooth so that's a nice improvement, even the folds look better since you applied them.
There's just one small mistake, or should I say you 'forgot' to add shading on her hand, just a little but not too much and you got it.
Most of the proportions in this picture feels just right for her size, her head, legs, arms and her body all seems to be 'just right', except her hand could use some more work. Her fingers look a little too big and fat, her thumb is... well pretty close, but her palm just doesn't look natural. I don't want to sound offensive or anything, but her hand should look more natural. My solution is to look up references and observe them, in time you'll get er right.
I know one great highlight is how you made her pretty.
I don't know how to comment on the background, to me if you drew just the girl without the background, then that's just fine. Whenever it comes to background, they also deserve the same attention like how you draw your character. Practicing with background is also nice to work on (mainly with lighting), so if you improve the background, then this picture will come out even better. It's like bread and butter.
In short, your character looked a lot better, although with minor errors, those will soon be the thing of the past if you keep practicing. Keep er up, you're getting better with each one. ^^d

and after I read it all, I guess, all the problem is on the hand, isnt it?? both proportion hand and shading on hand, youre right, I guess I still very weak on that place
hehhee youre right, background and chara is right bread n butter, but sometimes BG make my drawing looks ugly >.<
I guess I will do your solution to looks at reference XD
