The whole background is quite fine in my opinion, though what this nice picture needs are shadows, and I mean more shadows. If there's a window where light falls in, then you got to add shadows where the direction of the light hits.
If you added them then this picture would look much more lovely.
You still managed to create a cute girl, and I actually like a girl who fails in tests. I don't know, it makes me wanna help her out. Ya know, that's he real charm there. A cute girl with some flaws makes her even cuter... erm... uh who cares.
Good work, I shall add this to mah faves!
Please apologize if I gave you a slight critique, I'm sure you already learned how to handle shadows properly in the more recent works, but I'm just doing this just to give you a quick reminder the next time you do background like this.

I like how you made her room fitting to her emotions. It seems like her room is full of pink, there is a window with sunlight. But where the person is, the room is darker. Besides she really looks like she'd feel panic
