I already drew a dragon... so I wanted to try and draw a viking! (a viking chef!)

Done with color pencil and painted in photoshop.

FFFF. Gawd. I'm in the exact opposite spot you are - I can draw nothing BUT humans. XD I'd kill for your dragon drawing skills, and plus, you draw people great! I love the definite HTTYD style you manage to capture in everything HTTYD you draw. (If that makes sense.) I wonder if you'd ever be up for a "human for a dragon" art trade. XD
