Yeah. Was bored.
And, because Lucario is cool. 83And, I wanted to make an animated stamp.
So, after digging around trying to remember how to animate, I figured it out.

No. It wasn't that. I felt like stepping out my comfort zone and attempt this piece. I barely did any art last night actually.
