Yeah! I think it was built because of how hot Houston can get in the summer months so to make it more comfortable you can get to and from lots of major places without having to walk outside for too long (especially in a suit, that shit'll melt you, hahaha). There's stores and eateries and all this stuff down there and everything, like an underground city
