So I hear this guy has some fans... I think his game is too difficult. Not a fan at all... but I won't fault anyone who does get a kick out of him. What I heard was his games were like .... the Donkey Kong Countries for Sega owners?

The game was difficult to newcomers alike but I beat this game on Insane mode while ended up with about 30 lives. To be honest I couldn't beat Vectorman 2 because enemies are sometimes cheap and the powerups are nifty but not as good as the powerups from it's prequal (I beated the final boss using level select code but I felt that I wasn't good enough to beat all the stages on any difficulty level which I feel discourage). Btw awesome artwork.

I definitely want to play Vectorman sometime. I heard is was a really good game.

I have this game on the Sega Smash Pack for the PC. Got the whole bundle for $15, and it came with 3 other Sega Sonic games.
All those crazy bugs in the sequel of Vectorman were hard to face, but it felt like a fun dynamic game, mostly because of the segmented green hero.

I remember when they were demostrating this game at Toys-r-us for the sega gen,one of the last games because at the same time they were showing off the PS1 with the game Metal Gear Solid.

Yeah, it can get tough until you get used to everything. I'd compare it to both DKC and Metroid together.... just not as awesome as that sounds.

I thought the game was pretty spiffy back then. I actually found it pretty easy save for that one disco level and that one with the bamboo climb. Thankfully, I managed to beat both games on Sonic Gems Collection years later. : P Both are kinda short, but the 1st one's definitely better.
