I adore the colours; and the smoothness of it all..

And the card is a perfect touch. With or without the card; it's beautiful.

After a long time that you have spent bothering our poor little brains with that motive, I have to stand up and clap my hands. And a fav, my homie. The card is perfect. And now I have to work on my things.

I'd like the card to be more old fashioned and ornate but I think the concept works. It would also be a stunning picture without it though. I'm not much help am I?

I was going to comment that it might be slightly out of focus in places but I see from your description that the blurring is intentional so I gave it another look and I think it works. I am concerned that without the description it might be presumed to be a technical fault.

hm, good one here. Yeah, a more old-fashioned card would be just perfect for it... but I couldn't find any in a hurry. Well you know, blurriness is not always a negative. Just as my deviation "Devil in the Woman", it is intended. I like to experiment with images that aren't perfectly clear and focused. They might have more to tell... but yes, I agree with you. Most people see it like a fault.

Love the colours and the fact that your face is not showing any expression. It says much.
I think the card doesn't give much to the piece but doesn't look disturbing either!
