The title comes from a psychology lecture I was at, where it was mentioned that psychiatry's position in the world of science is kind of tenuous, really, because you can't prove anything about the mind, which is what psychiatry's main goal of understanding is. So I think GLaDOS would be disdainful of psychiatry... unless, of course, she was the psychiatrist.

GLaDOS was done in SAI, because of the vectors, and that's a random scientist who was done in ArtRage. The font for the scientist is Arial, which I'm pretty sure is standard on every computer, and GLaDOS's font is called Chintzy CPU, which I downloaded from dafont.com or something like that.
