I never knew that Sol was the cat on the cover of Long Shadows, because in the book he was described as being mistaken for a lion, so I instanlty that that he'd have a long, gold-ish pelt. Not a tabby pelt.

Well Sol's a tortoiseshell; he has some gold on him but I think he's mistaken for a lion partly because his fur is long, and because of the way he holds himself.

I figured out he was a tortishell, but I thought that he'd have at least three inch long hair or something, and almost like a mane.

I think the picture of him on the cover of Long Shadows is ugly and not how they described him in the book itself XD I imagined him more, well, like the way I drew him. Fluffy and all.
