Solty Rei is some type of anime thing. It's its name and one of the main characters. I've only seen the first two episodes, but it's past its fourth volume of DVDs. It's set in the future. [link] a fan-picture

Agreed.

It's more on par with action. It's like FMA, Naruto, and Bleach all combined in one. I dunno what kind of romance you are looking for. I've seen up to episode 46 and the only romance is like "We love each other like F.A.M.I.L.Y.!" lol The manga version is further ahead though and I've heard of people talking about how Lena cares for Allen (the main character).
