Really? It's somewhat of an older series. The manga is much deeper than the anime (of course most are). I believe it's labled as fantasy/comedy. I've got the anime and most of the manga. I'll get the rest if my out of stocks ever come in.

But, she's not like this all the time ^^ Of course her normal outfit of pants, suspenders, and a police hat isn't much better
