i think ive seen him in a red suit before in a cart with reighndeer on my roof before.

replay the adventure mode again, then after reaching the pool stage(night) where it is raining he will appear there as one of the enemies.

There is a level where the lights go out and you can only see when the lightning flashes. That's normally where you have a chance to see him. Although recently I was replaying the column mini-game and he showed up. I tried to get a screen shot but he got killed too fast.
