The colours are great, but that's not what strikes me. It is the illusiveness of the moment, the attempt to hold on to a memory. I understand the effect of the scattered indoor lighting, and the way the model guards herself from it, almost ashamed. The memory of that moment, in that room.. perhaps one of many such moments in many such rooms and that 'something' that lingers. Something impossible to communicate in words and something very very personal. Perhaps unrequited emotions. I get that..
