Magpies have some of my favorite feather patterns, and then you go and add the knotwork... Which only gets more and more complex as you go along. Wow. Again. LOL...

I also like the way that you worked all of the subtle color into the abstract forms in the background. These colors keep the artwork from being too stark.

Ohhh a magpie! Gorgeous creatures. You seem to have a mastery when it comes to knotwork. And the angle - it seems to be from the bird looking down, just fits perfectly. Beautiful work!
