nice linework on Juvia, and the 'action' lines give the picture a retro feel to it ~ cute

Even more impressive then! I'm overwhelmed when I try to use the muro program here on DA...lol ~ I've made some hideous attempts there.
Keep arting!

I sketched the lines by hand first, scanned it and then digitally traced the whole thing using Manga Studio.
My experience with the DA muro programme was :
"Oh, what's this? Lemme just click on it."
*sees blank page*
*panics*
*closes browser*
"Enough DA for today."

Hahaha! I understand that you can have more than one layer but I have no idea how to go from one to another, and where the heck do you keep a colour selected available after you go from one to another? There's so many controls without explanations.... and I'm not the most computer savvy person either.... I played for a bit and said, that's enough!
If I were to really try, I suppose there's tonnes of tutorials out there to properly learn to use a variety of digital art programs.

Yeap, video tutorials are our friends! xD
I wasn't aware of the layer thing at first and the colouring messed up the lines, lol.
Digital art is a whole new intimidating world...
I'll stick to traditional art for now and maybe make a simple digital drawing like this one every now and then.
We 'll see!
