Great capture of Gilmore. Early to mid seventies type era I would reckon.

Now I'm going to have to listen to Floyd.

Great work, my fave guitarist from my fave band I can't believe the pictures of Gilmour like this...goodness, he has HAIR! I've only ever seen him without a great deal
This pic is awesome though...the angle the guitar is drawn is bang on, and just by looking at his face it immediately is recognisable as Dave A definate favourite

One of my alltime favourite guitarists. Love his style and I am a rather huge Floyd fan, tis a pity about the dramas between Roger and the rest of them near the end of that stage in musical history...

dave is the bee's knees! hes seriously like THE bombest blues fusion guitarist from that era

do you know anything about syd barrett, the guy he replaced? i here theres a very interesting story surrounding him & the band

if you captured roger waters, i would have mad respect for you. that guy has quite a distinctive look about him...i think you should at least give it a shot, shit i bet you could do it too

i am yet to find a decent photo of roger to draw - otherwise i would have drawn him by now.

i need to find one that is fairly big, so you can actually see details on the face etc, to be able to then draw...


if you find one, please show me, i would really love to draw him!
