I was looking through my gallery, and noticed that my Megaman 8 folder was freaking EMPTY. I needed to rectify that, but I barely played 8 and have no love for the Robot Masters. But first, rewind a couple of months ago... I decided that my next RM pic will be of Spring Man and have been thinking of a nice pose for him for quite a while now. Hence this pic of Clown Man was born! Now I have no more ideas for a cool Spring Man pic, so I won't be drawing him anytime soon. Well, at least the Megaman 8 folder is no longer empty.

The designs were good, yes, but the bosses themselves... it's hard to describe but they felt lacking when compared to earlier games... maybe it's the bad voice acting that takes a lot...
MM&B bosses however, yes, those were amazing.

This is so epic! I love the more threatening look and energy you gave Clown Man with those shadows and electricity!
He's probably one of my most favorite robot masters in the whole MM series! I always liked how even though he was themed over a clown, they still gave him a threatening power, and it totally works with his gimmick!
As always, your coloring and shading level is over 9000, the pose and foreshortening is superb, the special effects are just.... god, how many times am I going to keep saying the same stuff?

I'm actually pretty surprised how many people really like Clown Man. Though I have to say, he's definitely one of my most favorites in MM8. I really love the proportions and the overall attitude he has.

Yeah, the Mega Man 8 RMs is pretty overlooked seeing the reputation MM 8 has for some fans (the same goes for the MM and Bass set). Nice to see you do justice for them finally .Β Still, would be neat to see how you can make Spring Man of all RMs badass. XD
