Main center orb could be better imo, but the outside border detail is great, although, some texture could be good

hmmm.... If I compare it with 101 Clan Gaming Interface it's not really good, even a little bad 
well here some improvements:
work much on the orb (more highlights etc)
the top(pern) grey object has a too weak shadow when it goes to the middle
don't like the button with these "triangles" ... they are too smoothy
the big grey has a wrong lightning imo... because there should be a shadow out of the outer. and apart from that it needs more structure, maybe also a style like chrome
