The “Flowa” in her name comes from “flower” and I thought the “Celia” sounded good for the end

her cheekmarks are violet roses.

flowacelia always was obsessed with flowers. She wore them on her clothes, her hair, she planted them, she picked them. When she inherited the wand she made many flower-related spells. She also built a lot of flower gardens in the castle and in the villages.she also created a new fashion line and the fashion designer stared to make dye out of flowers thanks to a discovery of hers. She would later give birth to Lunaria the queen of tides.
