Funny how little steps its taking, not even bouncing that much yet waves its ribbons as if it is either going at a higher speed or wind is blowing.

Sylveon is moving the ribbons on its own, there's no wind at all, it's just having fun CX The same goes for the ears and tail, it's exaggerating the motion of the bouncing
