The first one reminds me so much of airman

Some of these remind me of the old school Megaman games enemies. Great job! The only thing I would say is perhaps have so hard line shading to give them some more depth.

Yeah the Megaman characters where one of the main sources used while designing them.
And I would have to agree with you 100% I have had a number of people tell me the same thing, I can be reassured that I will improve them with that in mind before the games release.
