It's suppose to be Uzumaki Naruto from Masashi Kishimoto's smash hit manga Naruto all grown up, as the Shinobi Kage.

Duh. I know that. But this image clearly shows Naruto as a "Kage" of all the villages. Not just Konoha. I know Gaara is the Kazekage, Tsunade is the Hokage, Mei is the Mizukage, A is the Raikage and Onoki is the Tsuchikage. I may behind in the manga but I am past the Gokage Summit. I used the word "kage" because shinobikage sounded dumb, like this picture. So, go correct someone else. I was just informing the person asking the question as to who the person is. No need to get butthurt about my explaination. If you feel like you can do a better job at explaining then be my guest, I'll keep my mouth shut.
