Devyn went a little scissor happy with Shaant's latest "trim". She blamed it on "split ends" but, sista...plz.He needs his piercings put in now. Good thing I saved them in his headcap just in case I would ever need them again. Go me!

I was so nervous chopping that wig! It was going to be the guinea pig for Ryker's wig and then I was like '...pfft...this doesn't look half bad, nice hair cut, Jones." Lol, those eyes...I think they're Captured in Glass eyes. Not bad for some cheap glass eyes!

Mischief's got captured in glass too and i love them! Low dome and neon candy apple loveliness! I've been debating on changing mischief's hair but i think it's going to wait til I get his new head

Yeah, they're surprisingly decent quality. They don't have the most diverse selection, but it ain't bad. I keep waffling between a pair of CIG or Eyeco for Ryker...he needs some new eyes like BAD but I have like some sort of shopping addiction where I want want want but can't bring myself to buy buy buy xD. I'll get all amp'd to buy something and then psych myself out. You sticking with fur or are you going to venture into the dark art of fiber wigs

I want all the things and then never have the money to just blow on it hahah! I'm like YES or noooo... I'm thinking I'm gunna stick with fur for him. I tried fiber and I just didn't like it for him. He needs the soft look of the fur! and it's so snuggly homg. I do fiber for my girl mayhem and my boy Dylan and it works for them, just not mischie's style!
yeah I think the limitation there is just what the fiber can do versus the furs. It's hard to style short wigs in general adn then to do it for a 3rd of the size...@_@ yee gods it'd be hell to do. I hated even making long wigs with fiber! I make both kinds of fur myself so that's nice at least. Finding the pelts for a good quality and low price is kinda tedious though...

True, I always have to succumb to getting pre-made fur wigs at jacked up prices (most of the time). But, I've tried making my own wigs and while buying on the MP ends up being more experience...they always fit better XD. I never got the hang of getting a good pattern and once I got frustrated with it...just went downhill from there. I recently tried making a fur wig for this little CH bebe I have and it was comical to say the least. :/ I still haven't found a decent wig for her yet. Poor thing.
The best thing I've found for fiber wigs that are short, are those hard-cap wigs. I've seen some super cool ones, but getting the mohair/suri costs so much. Haha, I made a hard-cap wig for my Pullip and it was hella hard. She only looks good in it with the crown cropped out xD. I think I'll stick to faceups and clothing.

I've seen some amazing hard cap ones that I wanted to try but I don't know if I killed my patience enough for that yet. I make on the pelt which is pretty nice. I'm gunna start trying to dye my own colors too because I'm getting frustrated with my supplier's lack of regularity. She's amazing to work with but the colors are always so different and the high demand ones are like pulling teeth!
I much prefer the pelt ones over the faux fur. So much easier to fit!
