Art Trade withOkay, this has got to be one of the best art trades I've ever done, because it involves two of my favourite things: Sonic and Doctor Who!!! I don't know how many of you have seen Doctor Who, but it's a great show! It's kinda a space and time travel kind of thing. I won't say anything else about it because that would be "Spoilers" but I would sit there recommending it until you got so annoyed that you would go and watch it. I myself just started on Boxing Day and now I totally love it!
So for my part of our art trade, she wanted her characters Snowflake and Frostbite and my Jade to be cosplaying characters from the fifth season of the new Doctor Who. Frostbite is dressed up as the Eleventh Doctor, Snowflake is dressed up as Amy Pond, the Doctor's companion and Jade is River Song. I kinda tried to style their hair/fur like the characters in the show. I even included things like the sonic screwdriver, River's diary and of course the TARDIS (the blue police box) I even threw in a crack in time for good measure.

So epic! Imagine me, roaming the site for sonic art only to stumble upon this. A merge of both sonic and another fandom of mine. (well actually it's one of my sister's major obsessions but I've seen enough of it thanks to her to know excatly how epic it is.) So awesome!

Thats a fantastic looking picture and really epic and in the design of Sonic characters, I love it. I've come up with something slightly similar but your art skills makes this picture look far more epic then I could do atm.

Oh thank you so much, I'm glad you like it. It was a fun one to draw, trying to get the fan characters to look a bit like the actual characters... and then there's the actual characters that I've made into Sonic characters...

Thanks, The stuff I've made is more crossover-ish. It's taking characters from popular games such as Sonic and Mario and fitting them into the roles of Doctor Who characters, you'll see what I mean when you see them.
Also I like the design of Doctor 11, a young fox like Tails but with grey fur. That really gives him the image of an elderly man in a young mans body.
