Squall Leonhart from FF8
I drew this about the same time I did Edea, in my FF8 phase- so probably around 2001.
It was supposed to be a poster of FF8 characters, with Squall at the top, but I never finished it. I was pretty happy with Squall's eyes, though.
I hope you guys like this flashback drawing.

Thanks D~~! I love drawing eyes, there's always one thing I really try to go for in my pieces- feeling. I hope for all my pieces to leave someone with a feeling and I always find the eyes to be the most expressive part of the body to convey that. Huzzah!

So true! That's the first thing I look at when I see a drawing: the eyes. If I don't like the eyes, I don't care if the rest of the drawing is perfect, I won't like it. They're the most expressive part of the body in reality so it should be so in a drawing XD Huzzah lol!
