how do you manage to freeze the action?
do you shine alot of lamps on yourself to make it bright so the shutter speed can be quicker
or do you use the flash?

Lots of light to help the shutter speed. Manually keep the ISO low to help with the grain. No flash, cause it jsut freaks everything out. And timing: I try to hit it right at the apex so there is very little movement, for that instant, in any direction.

my flashdance photos were a step into action. man i can't wait until you can see the photos took of me for SG. youre going to be so proud of my coolness and whatnot. by the way, if you and i had a best ranger contest, i would totally win. look at these arms, dont they look like they were built for climbing and whatnot? yeah, that's right. cower, mortal.
