Thanks for sending me the article. Though it seems that the article was posted around the time that I originally created this deviation (July 2017), so I'm not sure how relevant it is anymore? Either way, I do hope to continue to make myself and others aware about net neutrality.
Thanks again!

The good is that Google and 80,000 other websites are fighthing to protect Net Neutrality. I am getting flashbacks of 2012 of what happened with the SOPA/PIPA bills.Β

I'm glad the internet is fighting back. But yeah, it's scary that it is happening again.

Yeah and from the looks of it it seems that History likes to repeat itself because humanity just doesn't learn their lesson.Β

It's true. It's beyond me how things like this get so close to happening, that it could become our new reality at any time. And in a world where Trump is President of the US, anything could happen, no matter how ridiculous or terrible.

Guess that explains why American deviants are complaining
I'm just glad i'm way in Asia. Still, i agreed that this has to be stopped. INTERNET is for everyone use, not for payable customers only.

Yeah. I'm technically living in Japan, so it doesn't affect me all the time, but if the US loses net neutrality, that accounts for a lot of the internet and a lot of internet users. I also don't want to be subjected to censorship when I visit the states. And also, if the internet ends up slowing down for any of my friends and family in the states, contacting them through Skype calls and such will be more difficult. I already have a harder time talking to people in the US via Skype because even now their internet is slower than Japan's.
