Fantastic pic!! what do you use for your photo editing? I use Photoshop CS5 along with my Canon SX120 non-DSLR camera....its 10.0 mp and a 10X opt zoom flip up flash, but i've got limited knowledge of what all i can do with photoshop. I want to start doing more with my photos like setting boarders readjusting focuses all that stuff. I want to be a photographer and editor for career ops and not just for lesiure so I'm trying to pic peoples brains and see what I can do and how to get my foot in the door.

yeah lightroom is awesome, and is good to use WITH photoshop. it's not a replacement for it, and you can achieve most of the same things in photoshop but WAY MORE PAIN IN THE ASS. Lightroom works really well and does it smoothly, then you send to photoshop for further retouching if needed.

it's by adobe and it doesn't destroy the pixels as much, you have the ability to use it like all the settings on a camera, has more settings than adobe bridge, worth the investment, easy to use
