Acylic on A5 paper. An hour or so.Just a quickie, between other stuff, for a Father's Day card.

I really love the contrast of the colours there. Really gives the feeling of africa with those warm orange, yellow and red colours among with the hues of black

It could be used as a plan for a bigger picture. My boyfriend's dad likes elephants so I always seem to end up painting or getting him something elephant themed. I'm thinking of doing a big painting for his birthday this year...
