Description
I want that this fractal appear like the theme of a rising sun upon the water, but I've changed my mind
. So the "sun" looks like an "eye" 
The original size is 1680x1050 so I can use it for my wallpaper
I've made it with Ultra Fractal using the Newton formula and I have add some deformations like the water effect

stunning love the limited color pallet. sometimes fractals recolored tend to be over done, and garishly bright. the use of water gives this a very tranquil feeling. It is extremely elegant in an understated way.
