I would have to tip my hand to Batman.
If the fight degrades into a melee then Goliath would have an edge in strength and speed but as a full on fight Batman would win because of many points.
1 - Technology: Batman would use his vast array of gadgets and tricks to locate and exploit Goliath's weaknesses.
2 - Tactics: Batman would first probe Goliath for any gaps in his combat style. Though Goliath is a powerful foe he does not know official martial arts and relies on his natural gifts in combat, Batman on the other hand often battles individuals who are as powerful as Goliath and wins.
3 - Dawn: The biggest of Goliath's weaknesses. Sure Batman would probably not exploit it to kill Goliath but caging Goliath is not out of the question.

Yeah, believe it or not, Bruce could actually win, considering Goliath has sometimes struggled against normal humans. Of course, he's also gone through metal with his fists and claws, so there is that.
I'll say it could go either way.

...He has never struggled with normal humans, like ever. Unless you're talking about the godawful third season which never existed, Goliath has been able to handle superhumans really well. None of Batman's weapons are lethal, they won't be able to do a damn thing to Goliath.

Oh, do you mean...
...The Xanatos Commandos who beat him twice?
...Macbeth, who is not superhuman, but immortal?
...The Canmore trio, who are also not superhuman?
Yes, Goliath has sometimes struggled with normal humans, ones no better than Batman. And Bruce having non-lethal weapons doesn't matter, because the Xanatos Commandos beat him with non-lethal weapons. Batman's used tranquilizers so powerful they took down the Amazon Artemis. Between that and electric shocks, smoke bombs, and others, I think he has more than enough resources to give himself a chance.

The Xanatos Commandos are superhuman aswell. They're freaking robots.
I don't think Goliath was trying to harm MacBeth every time they fought. He wasn't his enemy.
And as for the Canmore guys, I don't recall them.
Goliath is still superior in nearly every way. The only thing that saves him is his arsenal, which is still made for people who usually aren't stronger than Goliath.

1. No, they're not. Nowhere does it say that.
2. No, Macbeth is Gargoyle's enemy when they first meet, and Goliath treats him as such. So that argument doesn't pan out either.
3. That's your problem, I'm afraid. But those were normal humans who through tech, gear, and skill could give the Gargoyles trouble.
So no, Goliath is not "superior in every way". He has inferior fighting skill, has no defense against several of Batman's gadgets beyond flight (which he doesn't actually have-he glides), and even his superior physicals is debatable. Again, he's repeatedly struggled against normal humans, as I have already described. As for his gadgets being made for people who "aren't stronger than Goliath", you conveniently forgot about Artemis the Amazon, who Batman has defeated via tranquilizer.
This can still go either way.
