Ultimate Ninja

A fighter from another dimension who wants to fight Leonardo in order to proclaim title as the ultimate warrior, but his efforts failed. As a result, he teamed up with Splinter's old enemy, Drago, to do away with him and the Turtles. His plan failed, and he and the villain were fused together as Ultimate Drago.

Despite his villainous nature, he deeply cares for his father that instead of killing him, just banish him. After being separated from Drago, he begged forgiveness from him before being turned into stone and shattered.

Luckily, he is revived as a kid with no memories of his actions as an adult.

Yami Bakura

A thief from Ancient Egypt who became the spirit of the Millennium Ring and with it, he ended up possessing Ryou Bakura. His first effort to take the Millennium Puzzle away from Yugi failed and was sent into the card graveyard when Ryou himself ended up in helping them out, but he came back in order to possess Mokuba's body which it failed when Tristan knocked him out and toss the ring away from him. Too bad this doesn't stop him from coming back.

He teamed up with Marik later on to fight his dark side which he failed. After a while, he became the final main villain as he planned on challenging Yami Yugi into a Shadow Game of the past. He was fused with Zorc during the fight, but was destroyed with Yugi and his friends.

With this, Ryou Bakura can now lead a normal life without having to being possessed by his dark half.

Two villains voiced by Ted Lewis.
